Whether it was flipping candies bought at Costco or exploring creative outlets through public speaking and music, her diverse interests laid the groundwork for her future endeavors.

During her college years, Chidera embarked on a journey of personal and professional growth, spearheading initiatives that left a lasting impact on her campus community. As the creator and host of “Life 101 with Chidera,” a weekly live show held on campus grounds, she engaged with a diverse range of guests, from university executives to student leaders, fostering meaningful dialogue and inspiring her peers.

Additionally, Chidera brought the National Society for Leadership and Success (NSLS) to her campus, serving as its inaugural president for three impactful years. Under her leadership, the organization thrived, empowering over 80 students to achieve personal and professional success while making a positive impact in their communities.
